Crafting Frost Resistance Sets:
There are two ways getting more FR gear:
I think you need to be exalted (maybe revered) with AD + 300 Tailor, LW, BS and talk to a guy (Master Craftsman Omarion) in Military Wing. You still need all materials but save the gold waste in (2). Furthermore, we should assign one person with tailoring, LW, BS (300) and enough reputation in our raid before they drop it for engineering.
The second way is an NPC at LHC (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?npc=16376). You need to have AD - exalted. Expensive material and gold.
For example, full cloth set is: x22 Frozen Rune, x18 Bolt of Runecloth, x14 Essence of Water, x12 Ironweb Spider Silk, + 900g
Having a crafter for Cloth + Leather/Mail + Plate would be awesome to save guilds gold.
